This is my proposal for my IDSC Capstone Internship with Bayside Elite cheer and gymnastics, where I participated in the planning and development of a new adaptive cheer program. The proposal explains how my internship allows me to use my interdisciplinary training in public health, psychology, and sports coaching to an adaptive cheer and gymnastics program

I created this outline to cover the necessary things needed for the initial stages of launching an adaptive cheer and gymnastics program at Bayside Elite. It serves as a checklist to cover the necessary parts of creating new program that would be

compliant, and inclusive and cover everything through an interdisciplinary lens, that integrates public health, sports coaching, and psychology to ensure that the program meets everyone’s needs.
